Who will I be talking to?
Our small team, with me, Rodrigo, the founder, involved in every project from the first call to launch. You'll have one point of contact who knows your business, and a direct line by phone, text, email or WhatsApp. There's no ticket system and no account manager in between.
What do you need from me to get started?
Less than you'd expect. Your logo if you have one, some photos of your work, and enough about the business for us to write about it properly. Send it over however's easiest for you, by email, message, or WhatsApp, on your own time.
We handle the writing and the design from there and come back to you with something real to look at. If you don't have decent photos, we'll tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone.
How long until my website is live?
Most websites go live within 1 to 2 weeks of our first call. The biggest factor is how quickly we get your logo, photos and service details. No good photos yet? We launch with what you have and swap them in later.
What if I already have a website?
Most of the time we build you a new one. We bring over your content, your images and anything that already ranks well, so you keep what's working.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Subscription plans have a six-month minimum, then it's month to month. The minimum covers the design and development work that happens upfront, since you don't pay for that separately.
After that you can cancel any time. We'd rather keep you because you're happy than because you're locked in.
