I'm Rodrigo, a Brazilian designer and developer, the founder of Linebloc and a stay-at-home dad. I've been working on the web for more than fifteen years: first designing, then building, and for the last several years doing both for companies in Europe, New Zealand and the United States.
Along the way I worked at an agency, went freelance and got married. Working directly with business owners taught me that their website is rarely at the top of their list, and it shouldn't have to be. They have a business to run.
When our daughter was born in 2023, I wanted a way of working that leaves room for family. That's how Linebloc started: a small business that looks after the websites of other family businesses, at a pace that lasts. I'm still involved in every website we build.
Where I come from, business is personal. You know your clients by name, you ask about their families and you pick up when they call. That's the partner I want Linebloc to be for you.
Why Linebloc exists
Running a business is enough work already
The owners we work with are busy doing the actual work: painting homes, helping families find insurance, serving their neighbors. There are only so many hours in a day, and the website is usually the first thing that falls behind.
That's why Linebloc exists. We take the whole website off your plate: design, hosting, updates and the work that helps you get found. You send a message when something needs to change, and we take care of it.
We're a small team, and we plan to stay that way. We only take a few new clients each quarter, so every business gets the time it deserves, and I'm involved in every website we build.

Who will I be talking to?
Our small team, with me, Rodrigo, the founder, involved in every project from the first call to launch. You'll have one point of contact who knows your business, and a direct line by phone, text, email or WhatsApp. There's no ticket system and no account manager in between.
Do you use templates or WordPress?
No. Every website is designed and coded for your business, without themes or page builders. That's a big reason our websites load fast and do well on Google: there's no extra code weighing them down, and nothing to break when a plugin updates.
Do I own my website?
Your domain is yours and always will be, and so is every photo, logo and piece of content you give us. On a subscription, the website we build stays ours and you have full use of it for as long as you're with us. That's what lets us start with nothing down.
If owning the website outright matters to you, the one-time build is the better fit.
What counts as unlimited updates?
Text changes, new photos, swapping out a service, updating your hours or prices, adding a seasonal offer. Send them however is easiest and they're usually live the same day.
Bigger jobs, like a redesign or a new feature such as booking or payments, are quoted before we start.
What do you need from me to get started?
Less than you'd expect. Your logo if you have one, some photos of your work, and enough about the business for us to write about it properly. Send it over however's easiest for you, by email, message, or WhatsApp, on your own time.
We handle the writing and the design from there and come back to you with something real to look at. If you don't have decent photos, we'll tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone.
