Who will I be talking to?
Our small team, with me, Rodrigo, the founder, involved in every project from the first call to launch. You'll have one point of contact who knows your business, and a direct line by phone, text, email or WhatsApp. There's no ticket system and no account manager in between.
What do you need from me to get started?
Less than you'd expect. Your logo if you have one, some photos of your work, and enough about the business for us to write about it properly. Send it over however's easiest for you, by email, message, or WhatsApp, on your own time.
We handle the writing and the design from there and come back to you with something real to look at. If you don't have decent photos, we'll tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone.
How long until my website is live?
Most websites go live within 1 to 2 weeks of our first call. The biggest factor is how quickly we get your logo, photos and service details. No good photos yet? We launch with what you have and swap them in later.
What counts as unlimited updates?
Text changes, new photos, swapping out a service, updating your hours or prices, adding a seasonal offer. Send them however is easiest and they're usually live the same day.
Bigger jobs, like a redesign or a new feature such as booking or payments, are quoted before we start.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Subscription plans have a six-month minimum, then it's month to month. The minimum covers the design and development work that happens upfront, since you don't pay for that separately.
After that you can cancel any time. We'd rather keep you because you're happy than because you're locked in.
Will you work with my competitors?
Not in your area. We take on one business per trade in each area: we work with Excellence In Painting in NW Houston, so we don't take on other painters there. We agree on the area your business covers on our first call, and it stays yours for as long as you're with us.
